What Stock Jock stores
- Your account: your name, email, and a securely hashed password if you use email sign-in.
- Your business data: inventory, photos, shows, sales, expenses, mileage, receipts and settings you add.
- Buyer details from imported reports: buyer names, usernames, purchase history and, when the report includes them, emails, phones and shipping addresses.
Why we store it
Only to run the app for you: tracking stock, working out profit per show after fees and costs, printing labels, packing orders and producing tax-ready exports. We don't sell your data or your buyers' data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who can see it
- Only people in your workspace. Everyone who signs up gets their own private workspace.
- The Owner decides who joins and their role. Partners and Helpers never see buyer emails, phones or addresses, and Helpers only see Inventory and Shows.
- Exports that include buyer contact details can only be run by the Owner, and each one is recorded in an export log.
How long it's kept
Your data stays until you delete it. Owners can choose to remove buyer emails, phones and addresses automatically 30, 90 or 180 days after a buyer's most recent purchase (Settings → Privacy). Usernames and purchase history are kept so your sales records stay complete. Password reset links expire after 1 hour.
How to delete it
Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete my data. Owners can permanently delete their workspace and everything in it. Team members can remove their own login and memberships without touching the workspaces they belonged to. Deletion happens straight away and can't be undone, so export anything you need first.
